For Orlando, it's wait-and-see mode for Jalen Suggs injury. You hope for the best here. If he's out for a while, that means big opportunity for Jase Richardson and even more opportunity for Tristan da Silva. Jamal Cain will play more too, and maybe some Jevon Carter minutes.

- The host said Richardson's struggles will still be on defense because he is small and teams attack him. He would rather pair Richardson with Noah Penda, Wagner and Suggs than with Vucevic as the center behind him. at 27:55
- Richardson had 10 points on 4-for-10 shooting (0-for-3 from three), 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 fouls. The host said he looks more in command and composed, and that the game looks like it has slowed down for him. at 28:44

The host says it would not shock him if Jase Richardson played ahead of Jevon Carter. But because he senses the Magic will value defense, he 'kind of think[s]' Carter and Goga Bitadze will be the backup point guard and backup center for much of the year, leaving Richardson and Nikola Vucevic on the bench.
